Is it really a one-time payment with no recurring fees?

Which operating systems are supported?
InvoiceFast is available for Windows now. macOS and Linux versions are coming soon. Your lifetime license will cover those apps when they ship — no extra purchase required.
How does the Fast Email feature work?
You set your subject and body templates once in InvoiceFast, using placeholders like {{client}}, {{invoice_number}}, {{total}} and {{due_date}}. When you click "Email Invoice", InvoiceFast saves the PDF, then opens a new draft in your chosen mail provider — Gmail, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, Yahoo Mail or your default desktop mail app — with the recipient, subject and body already filled in from those templates. It also opens the folder with the saved PDF highlighted, so you drag it into the draft to attach it and hit send. Nothing is copied to your clipboard, and the email is sent from your own mailbox, not from our servers.
Can I bill clients by the hour?
Yes. Switch any invoice to Hourly mode and enter your rate once, then add a line for each task with the hours you spent on it. InvoiceFast shows the amount for every line as you type, along with your total hours and the invoice total. Hourly invoices are generated with their own PDF layout — a clear table of description, hours, rate and amount, followed by the total hours worked — so your client can see exactly what they are paying for. VAT, withholdings and any other adjustments still apply on top, exactly as they do on a fixed-price invoice.
Where is my invoice & client data stored?
All invoices and client records are stored in an SQLite database on your own computer, and we never receive them. The app only reaches the internet for optional extras: fetching live exchange rates when you convert currencies, and checking whether a new version is available.
Can I back up or transfer my data to a new computer?
Yes! With the built-in "Export All Data" feature, you can create a single backup file anytime. On a new machine, simply import the file to restore all clients and invoices instantly.
What if I need a refund?
Email contact@invoice.fast within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number, and you get a full refund to your original payment method — no justification needed. The license key from that order is revoked when the refund goes through, but the invoices and clients already on your computer stay there, since that data never leaves your machine.
